8. Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve the Services for you. Information you submit to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify as well as third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside, in order to provide and improve the Services for you. In addition, to help protect, grow, and improve our business, we use certain Shopify enhanced features that incorporate data and information obtained from your interactions with our Store, along with other merchants and with Shopify. To provide these enhanced features, Shopify may make use of personal information collected about your interactions with our store, along with other merchants, and with Shopify. In these circumstances, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your personal information, including for responding to your requests to exercise your rights over use of your personal information for these purposes. To learn more about how Shopify uses your personal information and any rights you may have, you can visit the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/consumer-privacy-policy. Depending on where you live, you may exercise certain rights with respect to your personal information at https://privacy.shopify.com.
9. Financial Incentives (Newsletter and Discount Programs)
We offer a financial incentive to consumers who provide personal information (your email address and/or phone number) in exchange for a one-time engraving discount on the first eligible order. This program is operated through Klaviyo (email) and our SMS provider (SMS, if you opt in).
Material terms. To participate, you provide your email address and/or mobile number and consent to receive marketing messages. You receive a single-use free engraving code valid for 30 days on a single surface of a single item of non-sale full-price merchandise. You may withdraw from the program at any time by unsubscribing from email (link in every message) or texting STOP to our SMS short code. Withdrawal does not affect the validity of discounts already redeemed.
Method of valuation. We have made a good-faith estimate of the value of the personal information we collect through this program by reference to (i) the expected average lifetime margin generated by a newsletter subscriber compared to an anonymous visitor, and (ii) the discount provided. We have determined that the value of the data provided is reasonably related to the value of the incentive offered.
Non-discrimination. Participation in this program is voluntary. Consumers who decline to participate, or who later withdraw, will not be denied goods or services, charged different prices, or provided different quality of goods or services, except as directly related to the value of the data they have voluntarily provided.
10. Third-Party Websites and Links
The Services may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to sites not affiliated or controlled by us, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found on these sites. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, including information you share on third-party social networking platforms, may also be viewable by other users of the Services and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use by us or by a third party. Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on such platforms or of their owners or operators.
11. Your Rights and Choices

We respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days (with up to a 45-day extension where reasonably necessary).
